Terms Willis Distributing, Inc. does accept purchase orders and will grant Net 30 Days with Approved Credit to qualifying businesses and organizations. After you have completed our credit application please fax it to us at 614.836.0119. To download our online credit appliction form please click here. Payment Willis Distributing, Inc. accepts Visa/Mastercard, American Express & Discover. We also accept Payment by check via mail (see below for details). If you prefer to prepay by check, the best method is to simply add items to your Willis Distributing, Inc. shopping cart, print out the completed page which displays the items for purchase and mail to our address below with your check or money order payable to Willis Distributing, Inc. Please be sure to include contact information with your payment. We also accept E-check payments by phone. Past due payments are subject to 1.5% per month carrying charge. NSF checks: $25 charge each time check does not clear. Minimum Order There is a $50.00 minimum order requirement. Shipping Willis Distributing, Inc. shipping is determined by several factors, including order weight and shippability. In most cases the following rules apply: Standard UPS weight-based rates for all UPS shippable orders applies Flat rate of $90 for all orders 200.0 lbs and greater via Freight common carrier All non-UPS shippable orders go Freight regardless of weight Orders over $750.00 ship free Orders placed Mon-Fri before 12 noon Eastern time normally ship the same day and should arrive to you within 2-3 business days. Willis Distributing, Inc. has a minimum order amount of $40.00. In order to accomodate orders less than $40.00, a $7.00 surcharge will apply. UPS Non-Shippable Items Please be aware that some items at Willis Distributing, Inc. are not UPS shippable due to either the size of the package or the chemical nature of the item(s). In the event an item is not shippable via UPS, the nearest warehouse location will deliver to you via truck. While the system may allow you to choose any shipping method, non-ups shippable items must be shipped by Freight common carrier only. if you choose a UPS shipping method for any order containing any non-ups shippable item your order will not be processed immediately. We will contact you via phone to verify required freight shipping before the order may be finalized. Please note all Freight orders ship for flat rate of $90 regardless of weight. Local Pick-up / Will Call Orders Minimum order $40.00; no lead time necessary, however, a 30 minute order placement lead ensures immediate turn around on service at our door. Willis Distributing, Inc. Fleet Truck Delivery Available in Limited Areas and with pre-approved Distributors that support the program with consistent orders for delivery. Minimum order of $100.00 of stocked items defined as items that appear in our Willis Distributing, inc. color catalog and denoted in the "Stock Cat Page" column of this pricer. Orders must be placed (add-ons included) by 12:00 pm on the day before the delivery. Common Carrier Minimum of $750.00 order of stocked items defined as items that appear in our Willis Distributing, inc. color catalog and denoted in the "Stock Cat Page" column of this pricer is Prepaid Freight to any destination within the Continental U.S., except the following lines that would be charged back freight as F.O.B. -Willis Distributing, inc.: Clorox Bleach, Vigaro/Safe Step Ice Melt and Dow/Peladow Ice Melt. Under $750.00 orders of stocked items defined as items that appear in the Willis Distributing, inc. color catalog and denoted in the "Stock Cat Page" column of this pricer are shipped Freight Collect but can be shipped Prepaid and Add (to invoice) for a $1.50 fee. Drop-Ship Service We can ship to your customer, in your name, Freight Prepaid (freight will be billed back to you). Shipping label and packing list will show your name only, not Willis Distributing, inc.. We will also ship from any of our facilities that are closest to the destination of the order, providing freight savings for you and your customer. Damages / Shortages Willis Distributing, Inc.'s responsibility ceases upon delivery to the transportation company. Instructions for claims are on the packing list. Inspect before signing! Discrepancies On invoices or shipments, Willis Distributing, Inc. office must be notified within 3 days of receipt. Returns Willis Distributing, Inc. accepts returns of stocked merchandise only, as defined as items that appear in our Willis Distributing, inc. color catalog and denoted in the "Stock Cat Page" column of this pricer. Any return item must be in original packaging and resale condition in order to be accepted. Return of Stocked Items received within: 10 Days - No Restocking Fee 11 Days - 15% Restocking Fee 31 Days or more days of invoice -- No Returns Allowed Discontinued, Damaged, Special Ordered or Close-out Merchandise -- No Returns allowed. Special Order Merchandise Any items listed in this pricer, not appearing in our Willis Distributing, inc. color catalog and not denoted by a page number in the "Stock Cat Page" column of this pricer would be considered a non-stock item, subject to limited availability on a special order basis. The quantity ordered must meet the minimum requirements of the manufacturer. Such Merchandise is not subject to return except in cases of our error or that of the manufacturer. Such Merchandise is not subject to any other discounts or rebates. Pricing 3 Levels of pricing are established. A Distributor's pricing level is based on overall volume purchased. It is reviewed and adjusted semi-annually (January 1 and July 1) and it is based on average monthly volume for the previous 6 month period. Level 1 Net Price - Monthly Average less than $249.99 Level 2 Net Price - Monthly Average $250.00 to $499.99 Level 3 Net Price - Monthly Average $500.00 and higher When Promotional pricing exists, the lower of the Promo price or the Level price prevails.
